What can you expect?

Look forward to a great evening in a fun, relaxed atmosphere, in which the conscious, mindful enjoyment of a great wine is celebrated together. It's guaranteed to be fun, enjoyable and perhaps a little stressful:

We will find peace, sharpen our senses for the perception of wine in all its diversity, practise selected asana (these are the yoga exercises) together and enjoy a nice, selected glass of wine.

What is included in the participation fee?

One glass of wine and water per person, as well as the use of a rental yoga mat.

Good to know - no pressure, please!

If you wish, your wine can also be non-alcoholic, the professionals at Jacques have also selected something special for this request. Just contact us at least 48 hours before the event, then your wine yoga experience can also be alcohol-free (email kontakt@yogakuladuesseldorf.de or Instagram yogakula_duesseldorf)
