Master butcher Jürgen Körber (Herrmannsdorfer) makes fresh veal sausages live on site. Scalded in a copper kettle, very fresh and according to traditional craftsmanship as it was 100 years ago.
Accompanied by fine crémant from Emile Beyer from Alsace - poured by the winegrowers themselves.
Weisswurst & Crémant - handcrafted at the table.
