For World Yoga Day on June 21, we invite you to a very special experience - a journey that will touch you in the truest sense of the word. In this Thai yoga workshop, you will experience the magical combination of yoga, Thai massage and meditation - a practice that relaxes, moves and opens the heart.
Thai yoga is a centuries-old healing art in which mindful touch, conscious movement and subtle sensing create a state of deep connection - to yourself and to others. In a giving and receiving role, you will learn techniques of traditional Thai massage: mobilizing stretches, pressure point work and meditative presence - performed on clothing, without oil, with full mindfulness.
Role "receiver": You will receive a Thai yoga massage from a participant or your partner for approx. 45-60 minutes, starting in Savasana, lying down.
Role "giver": You will give a Thai yoga massage to a participant (or your partner) for approx. 45-60 minutes. You will spend a lot of time on your knees, e.g. in a four-footed stance or sitting on your heels.
Bine will guide you through a series of intuitive methods inspired by yoga, vipassana and the art of mindful touch. Her classes are healing, authentic and lively - always connected to the moment. Old tensions are released, energy can flow freely again and you feel lighter, clearer and at peace with yourself afterwards.
Whether you describe yourself as "touchy" or not: this lovingly guided playshop (or rather: a day to feel, sense and be) is suitable for everyone. For some, it means bravely leaving your comfort zone - for others, it simply means enjoying, letting go and feeling supported.
