Valuable IP often emerges earlier than many startups realize.

In this interactive workshop, patent attorneys from the firm will show how startups with technical or computer-implemented products can identify, classify, and strategically leverage their intangible assets. The focus will be on practical questions: What can actually be protected? When should you take action before a pitch, launch, or trade show appearance? And how and when can IP become relevant in financing, partnerships, market entry, or an exit?

Participants will learn to identify potentially valuable IP early on and treat it as a strategic asset.

In this interactive workshop, participants will receive practical guidance on how and when to identify, prioritize, and strategically leverage IP-related aspects.

The workshop is aimed at up to 12 founders with technical or software-based products. After the workshop, there will be an opportunity for personal discussion and networking at the law firm’s offices.
