This workshop is about getting to know the "completely normal" stages of grief of a separation and locating yourself in them with others. Together with the group, we will look for inner and outer resources that can help us move on from where we are at the moment and develop a healthy perspective on this phase.

We will talk about regular self-love practices and routines for everyday life and try them out together. We inspire each other with ideas on how to experience time with ourselves in a new and positive way and which activities could be suitable for this. We consider what resources we already have, such as friendships and hobbies, but also inspire ourselves with things we don't know and would perhaps like to try out (together).

We also turn our attention to the negative feelings that can accompany being alone - we feel them consciously, get to know them and understand which fears and thoughts are connected to them - we discuss these thoughts and examine them together. Inspiration, feeling through and new perspectives - this group can also meet regularly as a support group.

Afterwards, there is also the opportunity to go dancing together.
