Social injustice is destroying our society. Its poison penetrates our thoughts and feelings, destroys relationships, feeds hatred and agitation - and paves the way for the rise of fascist forces. It means exclusion, disenfranchisement and exploitation for the many and isolated and remote wealth for the few. It means the disintegration of our humanity.

In her new book "Zerfall- wie soziale Ungerechtigkeit uns kaputt macht", Julia Schramm approaches the fault lines of our time in personal, poetic and political language. She combines philosophy, pop culture and political science to create a powerful essay on the destructive power of social inequality - and formulates a passionate appeal for justice and humanity.

At the Theater im Volkhaus, we want to discuss with the author which social forces have an interest in eliminating injustice and how they can be unleashed.
