A special band with a special setlist, unique on the scene: WILD CHILD don't see themselves as a cover act, but rather as a source of energy to bring back and preserve memories. They are convinced that the songs they have chosen absolutely belong live on stage to take the audience on an unforgettable journey through time.

WILD CHILD have a preference for garage & psychedelic, e.g. Them, The Wheels, The Music Machine, The Litter, The Banshees, The Chocolate Watchband, The 13th Floor Elevator, The Kinks etc., because of their energy. But great songwriters such as Phil Spector, Gerry Goffin, Carole King, Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Jim Morrison, Patti Smith, Tom Waits, Mick Jagger & Keith Richards, Tommy Scott are not neglected either.

The musical demands are met by the great and professional musicians Rose L., Guido Schlösser, Dietmar Gahsche, Helmut Meyer and Thomas Hopf. The program will be moderated by Hans Schreiber, director of the Archive for Popular Music in Dortmund.
