Wild, lebendig & nachhaltig – Naturweine kennenlernen (Weintasting/ Weinverkostung)

Natural wine is everywhere—on wine lists, in trendy bars, in the media.
But it’s not actually as new as it seems. Before the modern wine industry, wine wasalwaysnatural wine: grapes grown organically or biodynamically, hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented, without human intervention in the cellar, unadulterated, and true to the vine and terroir.
Today, winemakers are consciously returning to this naturalcraftsmanship, and the results are delicious.

During the tasting, we’ll samplefive Italian natural wines that showcase just how versatile and exciting this style of winemaking can be. Some arewild and edgy, otherssoft and elegant—but always full of flavor and character. We always taste a pét-nat or winemaker’s sparkling wine, a white wine, an orange wine, a red wine, and a surprise wine depending on the season and mood. No rules, no frills—discover and enjoy with all your senses!

We’ll also share in-depth information and fascinating stories about the wines, the winemakers, the growing regions, and the winemaking process.
