Boat Tour Around the Bunthäuser Spitze

Some things look different from the water than they do from the shore. 
That’s why we’ll explore the Elbe ecosystem from a boat on this excursion. 

We’ll set out from the Speicherstadt, travel across Billwerder Bay and through the floodplain landscape of the northern Elbe to the Bunthäuser Spitze, passing Schweenssand and Heuckenlock on the way back to the Speicherstadt. 

We aim to understand the Elbe’s natural environment and familiarize ourselves with conservation measures and environmental policy. Boat tour with Kai Schmille, Executive Director of the Society for Ecological Planning, e. V.
