WINZERFEST

In the organizer's words:

Today, the concert square is all about excellent wines and exciting encounters!

Five winegrowers from different winegrowing regions of Germany are traveling to the event and each have 4 wines in their luggage - ready to be tasted.

Among them is the Schuh winery, now very well known in Saxony , near Meißen/Saxony and the new star in the wine sky of the East: Böhme & Töchter winery, Saale-Unstrut - one of only 6 VDP wineries in Eastern Germany. Also one of the hottest Palatinate wineries: Weingut Andres, Deidesheim. Riesling in perfection comes to us in the form of Weingut Hamm, Rheingau, and Weingut Dr. Wehrheim, Pfalz, also travels to Dresden from Germany's Tuscany.

All the winegrowers will be presenting themselves and their wines under our rondel. If you would like to sample wines at your leisure, you can buy a stamp card for 5, 10 or 15 wines at the Gastrohaus.

Our sommelier Jens Pietzonka will accompany small groups of up to 10 people on a guided tasting at 4.30, 5.30 and 6.30 pm. This can be booked on site or you can register with us in advance by e-mail. The price for this, including 2 wines per winery, is €35 per person.

If you would like to experience the winegrowers up close in the evening and taste and compare special drops and rarities from the winegrowers from large bottles with the menu, you are welcome to attend the "Winzer im Fokus - Winzer Hautnah" event in our log cabin directly afterwards at 7 pm.
