Wir radeln weiter! Charity-Fahrradtour für Früchenstation & Hospiz

Cycle together, enjoy the region, and do some good in the process: On Sunday, August 23, 2026, we’ll set off at 10:00 a.m. from Benrath Castle Park for a leisurely bike ride for a good cause. The roughly 50-kilometer route will first take us toward the Rhine and along beautiful paths by the water all the way to Hitdorf.

At the Hitdorf ferry, we’ll take a break of about 30 minutes to enjoy the view and refuel for the next leg of the ride. Afterward, we’ll continue toward Leverkusen and make a second stop at the Old School Kiosk, where cool drinks and a little surprise await you.

Afterward, we’ll head back toward Düsseldorf via Langenfeld. Our final destination is the Niederheid Sports Park. There, we’ll wrap up the day with a relaxed meet-and-greet, catch up with each other, celebrate together, and, of course, fire up the grill.

The focus isn’t on speed or athletic achievements, but on the shared experience and supporting a premature infant unit and a hospice. The participation fee is 10 euros, and everyone is welcome. Every kilometer cycled and every purchase made along the way helps support the fundraiser.
