Opening of the exhibition "We see red"

War, rearmament and genocide are major challenges of our time. In contrast, art can be a tool for building a just peace.

Under the motto "In resistance to their wars", we will see red for a second time in summer 2026: from July 24 to August 9, works by various designers will be on display at the Maigalerie der Jungen Welt in Berlin. On the opening weekend from 24 to 26 July, a diverse supporting program with readings, film screenings, panel discussions, guided tours and music will provide interesting insights into the world of political art.

As last year, the exhibition is being hosted and organized by Junge Welt and the "Rotes Atelier" collective, a nationwide network of revolutionary artists. Everyone is invited - whether artistically and politically active or simply interested.
