Wir sehen Rot: Im Widerstand gegen ihre Kriege

Noch niemand hat sich das Event gemerkt.

In the organizer's words:

The Rotes Atelier’s exhibition “Wir sehen Rot” enters its second round this July amid the ongoing crisis. Militarization, the threat of conscription, and cuts to social services are shaping daily discourse and the lives of the working class as they haven’t in decades. While the Federal Republic of Germany enriches itself through wars around the world and supports the genocide in Gaza and the U.S. blockade that is starving Cuba, our room to maneuver is also steadily shrinking. However, ever-harsher repression and cultural conformity are also giving rise to increasing protests and strikes by a new political generation. These demonstrate just how effective resistance can be. “We See Red” therefore asks: How can we support resistance as socialist creators? And what tasks lie before us in the art and culture industry?

The gallery is open every Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and can also be visited on other weekdays by appointment (call 0 30 / 53 63 55 54).

During the opening weekend from July 24–26, there will be a program of lectures, workshops, and music.

Free admission.
