Lecture by Dr. Maria Hermes-Wladarsch, Anne Harnisch and Dr. Sarah Lentz

On Saturday, January 17 at 11 a.m., Wissen um 11 will feature two very short lectures on the topic "On the trail of Bremen women in historical documents". First, Dr. Maria Hermes-Wladarsch and Anne Harnisch will give a lecture entitled "Unknown women in the history of Bremen - what and how can we learn about them?". Immediately afterwards, Dr. Sarah Lentz will talk about "Forgotten lifeworlds: A Bremen poisoning murder and the study of marginalized women around 1740".

Following the short lectures, interested parties can get to know the material better in a one-and-a-half-hour workshop and try out working with the sources themselves. The speakers will also provide information on how to get involved in the projects.
