In Morocco, Article 490 still criminalizes sex outside of marriage - and turns thousands of women into criminals. Karima Nadir has dedicated her life to fighting this injustice - for dignity, protection and recognition. As a single mother labeled as "immoral", she fights for her son and cares for her own mother at the same time. As an activist, she supports women persecuted for "public indecency" and rape victims who fear punishment themselves. As the country stands on the eve of a historic reform of the Family Code, Karima takes her fight to the halls of Parliament and the Royal Commission.
