Workshop: Argumentieren gegen rechte Hetze! Rechtsextremen Positionen entgegentreten

In the organizer's words:

We've all been there: at school, at the sports club, in the family or on the street, we've all heard sayings that leave us speechless. Later, we get annoyed and wish we had spoken up.

This is where the Stammtischkämpfer*innen workshop comes in. We talk about specific experiences and examples of right-wing and racist hate speech that you have experienced yourself. Together, we will practise how we can take a clear stance and contradict such positions.

WHERE? Klima Bau Center, Knochenhauerstraße 9, 28195 Bremen

WITH WHOM? The Stammtischkämpfer*innen workshop is organized by Aufstehen gegen Rassismus!

FOR WHOM? This workshop is primarily aimed at school pupils, trainees and students, but is also open to all other age groups.

The workshop takes place in cooperation with the Young Group for Democracy.

Our workshops are not explicitly geared towards the needs of people affected by racism and are therefore not empowerment workshops. All are welcome and we try to create as safe a space as possible for all participants.

The organizers reserve the right to make use of their domiciliary rights and to deny access to or exclude from the event persons who belong to right-wing extremist parties or organizations, who can be assigned to the right-wing extremist scene or who have already made racist, nationalist, anti-Semitic or other inhuman statements in the past.
