Put an end to self-made stress - discover your inner drivers
Do you sometimes feel like you have to be perfect, live up to everything, stay strong - while your inner self just longs for peace and quiet?
It's often not just external demands that cause us stress, but our own inner voices that drive us. Inner drivers are those quiet, often unconscious voices inside us - "I mustn't make any mistakes!" or "Just don't show any weakness!". They make us efficient - but they cost us energy. They make us function instead of being alive.
In this workshop, we will look at how you can develop alternative perspectives that give you more serenity and freedom. The aim is to make yourself less stressed, because after all, life is stressful enough, isn't it?
In the workshop you will:
get to know your personal inner drivers and self-made stress traps,
recognize how they influence your everyday life and your stress experience
expose automatic, stress-reinforcing thought patterns,
discover alternative, friendlier perspectives for yourself
explore initial ideas for concrete changes so that you put less pressure on yourself and are more relaxed in your everyday life
What we do in the workshop:
Psychological background knowledge on stress dynamics and the concept of inner drivers
Self-reflection exercises & tests
Small partner and group exercises in which you can deepen your insights and exchange ideas with others
practical exercises to help you distance yourself from your drivers
Space for exchange and questions
Creating relief - you develop concrete ideas on how to let your drivers stress you less
The workshop is ideal for you if you:
Often think: "I know I cause myself the most stress", but don't know exactly how to deal with it.
Feel that you are never enough or that you constantly have to achieve something.
Are exhausted because inner pressure, high expectations or self-criticism are part of your everyday life.
Have already tried a few relaxation techniques that help in the short term, but you still get caught up in the stress vortex again and again.
You have the feeling that you know what would actually do you good (breaks, self-care), but you can't put it into practice in everyday life.
