In the organizer's words:

In this workshop we will focus on pain ointments, which can be helpful for complaints such as osteoarthritis, gout, rheumatism, lumbago, muscle pain and similar ailments. I will bring fresh herbs and show you how to extract healing ingredients from plants and resins to make great and healing ointments. Together we will make herbal oil and frankincense oil to prepare the ointments.
The ingredients will be carefully selected and during the workshop I will explain the respective properties of the herbs and oils. At the end of the workshop, you will not only go home with two homemade products, but also with the corresponding recipes. This gives you the opportunity to make the ointments yourself at any time and benefit from their beneficial properties. Look forward to learning practical skills and creating something valuable for your health at the same time.
