In our“Make Your Own Cheese”workshop, you’ll learn how to make fresh cheese during a two-hour session.
After the welcome, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get right to work. Using a pot, fresh milk, and the right tools, you’ll make your own cheese in pairs. Our cheesemaker will guide you through the process step by step.
During the breaks, you’ll learn fascinating facts about cheese culture in Europe. We’ll clearly explain how different lactic acid cultures influence the cheese. You’ll also get to taste various types of cheese.
At the end, you’ll take your homemade cheese home with you. The next day, you can enjoy it fresh—on its own, with herbs, in a salad, or pan-fried.
