Wild bees are of great importance for the ecological balance. They can find suitable living conditions in the garden or on the balcony with little effort.

Two factors are decisive here:

• Suitable and nutrient-rich flowering plants.
• Safe, winter-proof nesting sites for their offspring.
  

Insight into the world of wild bees

In this event, we will give you an insight into the ecology of wild bees. Together we will learn how to make nesting aids from natural materials. If you like, you can build a small nesting aid for your own garden or balcony.

The Green City e.V. event is part of the BioDivHubs joint project. Our aim is to strengthen biodiversity in urban areas. We start directly in our community gardens.
