Workshop: Time for you - Yoga Nidra
The "sleepless sleep" for deep regeneration & inner peace.
Yoga Nidra is a millennia-old method for deep mental and physical relaxation. Translated, it means "sleepless sleep": your body rests deeply while your mind remains fully awake and relaxed.
Just 30 minutes of yoga nidra is as relaxing as several hours of sleep. It helps you to sustainably reduce stress and calm the nervous system, release mental blockages and tension, recharge your batteries with new energy and clarity for everyday life, anchor personal goals (Sankalpa) to achieve positive changes in your life.
There will be no strenuous physical exercises during the workshop. You will lie relaxed on a mat with your eyes closed and listen to the voice guiding you through the guided meditation.
Yoga Nidra is suitable for everyone - no previous experience is necessary!
For maximum relaxation and comfort, please bring the following:
- A yoga mat (or a comfortable fitness mat)
- A warm blanket to cover yourself (the body cools down quickly when lying down)
- A flat pillow
