How does paper change through pressure, tension and movement? In this workshop, we will explore bending as a creative element for developing sculptural surfaces and spatial forms. Curvatures, tensions and soft transitions create organic structures between surface and object. In experimental work with different types of paper, we investigate stability, lightness and the interplay of light, shadow and movement. The focus is on free experimentation and the conscious perception of materiality and form.

For participants: 8 years and older
Duration: 2 hours
Cost: €40 per person and workshop, incl. materials & museum admission
Accompanying persons have the opportunity to visit the exhibition at the regular admission price.
