In this course you will learn everything about the fine art of sausage making:

• how to mince the meat
• how to season correctly and with what
• how to fill the natural casing with sausage meat and shape it into a sausage
• how to cook the sausage perfectly

Everyone gets 1 kg of meat and makes the sausage according to their own taste preferences. Some of the fresh sausages will be cooked on the course so you can taste the different creations of all participants - the rest you can take home to impress your friends.

Dave, born in Australia, moved to Berlin in 2014 and has been running the Mitte craft beer bar KASCHK ever since. He has been making sausage for 6 years, both privately and commercially at "The Sausage Man Never Sleeps".
