Wushu-Kurse für Kinder und Jugendliche

New Wushu course for children every week from May

Course objective:
In children's Wushu lessons, the children train:

• Fitness & conditioning: building strength (body, arms, legs)
• Motor skills: Improving responsiveness, coordination, agility and stretching
• Concentration & focus: promoting mental strength
• Martial arts values: teaching discipline and respectful behavior

Training content:

• Fundamentals of wushu/kungfu: basic moves and stances (jibengong)
• Self-defense: Simple and effective techniques
• Form training: Wushu/kungfu forms with practical application examples

Course scope:

• Duration: 07.05.2025 - 09.07.2025
• Frequency: Wednesdays, 60 minutes per unit
• Period: Parallel to the school semester
