Y'akoto's music is lively and authentic - a captivating blend of spirituality and sensuality that combines Afrobeats and pop with dance and R&B. She made her breakthrough in Europe with her debut EP "Tamba" on Warner Records in 2011. Y'akoto's music combines elements of R&B, pop, singer-songwriter and soul.

Her latest work "Part 4: The Witch" will be released on July 10. The album was produced with Grammy-nominated producer Nabeyin and Liam Gallagher collaborator Dan McDougall and explores themes of love, transformation and the inner strength of women. With new collaborators such as REASON, Rincon Sapiência and JuJu Rogers, Y'akoto creates a mysterious and encouraging world. Y'akoto can also look back on an impressive live career. Almost all of her tours in recent years have been sold out. She has given concerts in cities such as Brussels, Paris and Amsterdam and shared the stage with artists such as Erykah Badu, Marcus Miller, Esperanza Spalding and Joy Denalane.
