Yin yoga & pottery - combination workshop at Studio Calma in Düsseldorf with Julia and Sabrina

Find your balance between relaxation and creativity: In our workshop "Pottery & Yin Yoga" you will experience the soothing power of a gentle yoga practice combined with the magic of handmade pottery.

Yin yoga with Julia - let go and breathe deeply
Julia will guide you through a one-hour yin yoga session that gently takes you into relaxation. Find inner peace and let go of tension in calming postures. The yin yoga session opens up a space of serenity - the perfect start to your creative flow.

Pottery with Sabrina - creating your unique ceramic piece
Then it's off to the clay: together with Kira, you'll potter your own unique piece of pottery - a cup or bowl, for example. Using simple techniques and under guidance, you will create a truly unique piece of pottery, which will then be glazed and fired. After 5-6 weeks, you can pick up your finished piece or we will send it to you (plus shipping costs).
