Yoga X Art | 60 Min. Flow Yoga in der Ausstellung "THE BLINK OF AN EYE"

Experience 60 minutes of flow yoga in the middle of the exhibition "THE BLINK OF AN EYE" by May Aurin at the Fabrik der Künste. Her works tell of seemingly random, fleeting but intensely perceived moments and capture the transience of life, memories and intense experiences. People in motion, intoxicated, passionate, courageous, impetuous, strong or vulnerable.

In this special setting, Kim invites you to consciously perceive moments instead of rushing past them. The yoga class picks up on the contrasts of the exhibition: Strength and vulnerability, dynamism and calm, movement and pausing. We flow through creative, invigorating sequences and let the art flow into our practice - sometimes powerful and lively, sometimes soft and still.

Please bring your own yoga mat and comfortable sportswear. A sanitary area is available on site, but there is no separate changing room - we therefore recommend arriving in comfortable clothing.
