Unlock your strengths: get to know the VIA model and consciously use your potential for your next step.

Dear Young BPWs and interested parties,

As part of the Young BPW @GetInspired event series, you can look forward to an interactive workshop on the topic of personal strengths.

The focus is on the VIA Strengths Model, an internationally recognized concept from positive psychology. The aim of the workshop is to make your individual strengths visible and give you ideas on how you can use them in your everyday professional and personal life.

In small groups:

• discover and reflect on your personal strengths
• make your individual potential visible
• develop concrete approaches for your everyday life

You will also receive ideas on how you can continue to work on your strengths afterwards. You do not need any previous knowledge.

Workshop leader

Karin Irene Welp is an organizational developer and ICF-certified business coach with many years of international management experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

She accompanies managers and teams in change processes and supports them in recognizing their strengths and developing them further in a targeted manner. Her work focuses on reflection, personal development and strengthening individual potential.

What is Young BPW?

Young BPW is the network of young women within Business and Professional Women (BPW) Germany. We stand for exchange, empowerment and joint growth - especially for women under 35.

Of course, all other club women are also cordially invited to network with us Young BPWs and enjoy the evening.
