The fiancée of amateur surgeon Jeffrey Franken dies in a tragic accident. He can only save Elizabeth's head. Determined to revive her, Jeffrey creates his ''new'' Elizabeth out of body parts from sex workers and breathes life back into her thanks to a serum and lots of electricity. But thanks to her spare parts, Elizabeth is drawn back to the street, an electrifying but unfortunately also deadly experience for her clients.
