Zehn Jahre „Ernährungs-Docs“: Preview und Talk beim NDR – Karten zu gewinnen

The NDR "Ernährungs-Docs" are celebrating their anniversary. The popular series has been on NDR television for ten years. The "Ernährungs-Docs" have made a significant contribution to establishing awareness among the general public that certain illnesses can be prevented, alleviated or even cured with the right diet.

The first episode of the NDR series was filmed ten years ago. NDR invites you to an exclusive anniversary celebration with the four nutrition docs on Wednesday, September 11, at the Rolf Liebermann Studio.

Anyone wishing to attend this special evening in Hamburg can take part in a competition at NDR.de/edocs10 until September 2, 11.59 pm. The tickets for the event will be exclusively lotteries.

The evening will be hosted by Bettina Tietjen. In addition to the latest episode of "Ernährungs-Docs" as a preview, visitors can expect beautiful, funny and touching stories from the past ten years - told by the docs themselves: Matthias Riedl, Jörn Klasen, Silja Schäfer and Viola Andresen. They also provide insights into their work for the podcast and TV show, for example, and the Docs have time for questions, nutrition tips and recipes.

The nutrition docs and their team have accompanied more than 200 people on their way to a better diet and greater well-being. Viewers also benefit: The newsletter and the online material accompanying the NDR series with therapy plans and a variety of recipes are accessed millions of times with each new season. The NDR podcast "Die Ernährungs-Docs" has also been available since last year. New episodes of "Die Ernährungs-Docs" on NDR television can be seen on Mondays at 9 p.m. from September 30.
