Inspiration begins in the writing studio

Cut-out collages are world famous, with artists such as Henri Matisse playing an important role in their development. In this course you will explore the history of this genre, examine principles such as 'color as form' and 'gouaches découpées' and then produce your own creative works. The thematic focus will be on springtime, organic and floral motifs, resulting in a paper collage that can be framed at home.

All course materials and refreshments with drinks and snacks are included in the price.

Before or after the course, you can stay in the MONTBLANC HAUS during opening hours for as long as you like and also view the exhibition with your ticket - you will find refreshments in our Bistro 149 on the first floor.

Designer and illustrator Silvie Bomhard lives on the Rhine. Her work, characterized by a clear eye for form, color and atmosphere, draws inspiration from nature, human exchange and the constant expansion of knowledge.
