An evening of bass legends and guitar masters—Saturday night at the Gasometer promises unforgettable encounters between jazz, funk, and modern sounds.
6:30 p.m. – Victor Wooten Brothers
Victor Wooten, one of the world’s most influential bassists and a multiple Grammy winner, will perform alongside his brothers. Their joint show combines masterful virtuosity with deep family bonds—a bass lesson and a musical celebration all in one.
9:00 p.m. – Kurt Rosenwinkel 4tet feat. Brad Mehldau
Two of the most significant jazz musicians of their generation—guitarist Kurt Rosenwinkel and pianist Brad Mehldau—come together in a quartet brimming with sonic depth, melodic sophistication, and improvisational brilliance.
10:30 p.m. – Gretchen Parlato (Sky Sessions)
