In Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Zootopia 2,” police officers Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde find themselves on the trail of a mysterious reptile that appears in Zootopia and turns the mammal metropolis upside down. To solve the case, the two must go undercover to investigate surprising new neighborhoods. In the process, their budding partnership is put to the test like never before. Oscar® winner Jared Bush (co-director and co-writer of “Zootopia,” director and co-writer of “Encanto”) wrote the screenplay and directed the film. The film was produced by Yvett Merino (Oscar®-winning producer of “Encanto”). “Zootopia 2” hits theaters in November 2025.
