• Is a commercial platform threatening the offerings of individual yoga studios in a city? We support you in forging an alliance to develop an alternative offering, make it marketable and disseminate it.
• Public funding opportunities are dwindling - new business models and collaborations are needed to influence public structures and develop new distribution channels? We help you to develop the right strategy and the necessary team spirit and, above all, to maintain it in the long term.
• Is there no child-friendly mobility structure in your district? With our support, you can create a joint initiative to convince the public authorities and, above all, develop the stamina to turn your project into reality.
• Science is exposed to higher economic and also political demands - how can you unite across different scientific institutions and research fields and create an initiative that stands up for the freedom of science?

This will be better afterwards:

Day 1: Common impact picture, structure, roles and decision-making channels.
Day 2: Analyze the environment, send clear messages to the outside world, make collaboration sustainable over longer periods of time.

München connects those 16 organizations with over 600 users who are involved in Kreativlabor München, a model project for user-driven organizations in art, culture, education and social affairs. Together with BECHLER Kollaborationsberatung Rechtsanwalts-GmbH with many years of experience in collaborative organizational and cooperation structures, we are BottomUp. A sustainable impact together! Over 18 months, we design and run - co-creatively with our participants according to the BottomUp principle - a development, knowledge and community program and empower teams to set their own development goals, build skills, make connections and boldly tackle change - with clearly rhythmic online and offline inputs and workshops, panels and external impulses, mentoring, moderation and reliable documentation.
