Community Art Night - Getting creative together with the afro-Festival Heidelberg

On the occasion of Black History Month, zwinger x and afro-Festival Heidelberg invite you to a Community Art Night that creates space for exchange, remembrance and creative expression. The evening sees itself as an open, appreciative space in which Black perspectives, experiences and stories in particular can find a place.

In a communal atmosphere and under artistic guidance, participants have the opportunity to connect with their own history, reflect on it and translate it into an individual artistic form. It is as much about trying out and discovering as it is about sharing and coming together.

The Community Art Night is suitable for everyone, regardless of whether or not they already have experience in painting or other artistic techniques.
