I’m so excited to invite you to be part of this special gathering. I’m really looking forward to sharing a wealth of expert and well-founded knowledge with you, along with a holistic perspective on your cycle.

We’ll dive into detailed knowledge about the individual phases of the cycle, hormonal dynamics, and cycle-related symptoms. We’ll also explore topics like libido and menstrual products. Of course, there will be a special focus on tailored, needs-based nutrition for women* and people with menstrual cycles. As part of this, we’ll examine specific nutrient requirements and when supplementation might be beneficial.
Throughout the day, we’ll be guided by a holistic approach to health and nutrition. By this, I mean viewing people as complex and multifaceted beings with capacities, needs, resources, desires, and limitations. Together, we’ll learn, cook, eat vegan, spend time in nature, and flow through a sensual and gentle yoga practice with Laura.
This day retreat is designed to provide you with a wealth of knowledge, insights, and inspiration from which you can choose what suits you and feels right. It’s not a mold you’re expected to squeeze yourself into, but rather an opportunity and an invitation to learn more about yourself and to incorporate cycle awareness as a powerful tool into your diet and daily life.
