The Albatros bookshop in Bremen

The Albatros bookshop is an owner-managed and comparatively small bookshop. We see ourselves as a neighborhood bookstore with attitude, heart and ambition. Our store is located in Fedelhören - in the heart of Bremen between the quarter, the station suburb and the city center.

Here you will find carefully selected books on almost 70 square meters. We don't simply display bestseller lists, but rather select those books from the successful books and insider tips that we consider relevant for our great clientele.

In terms of content, our focus is on literature ranging from sophisticated to entertaining, children's and young adult books, non-fiction books on politics, history, music, society, philosophy and other topics. We are also very good at cookbooks, graphic novels, English-language literature and New & Young Adult.

Our team currently consists of 3 people: Owner Michael Hockel, Chantal Moll and Jana Kristek.
