The bremer kriminal theater sees itself as a professional entertainment theater with exclusively criminal content. Our aim is to combine the professionalism of municipal theater with the joy of experimentation of independent theater as well as the entertainment appeal of popular theater.

The range of our productions encompasses everything that the combination of crime and theater has to offer - from classic to modern investigators, i.e. from Sherlock Holmes to Kurt Wallander, from thrillers to crime comedies, from regional thrillers to crime revues.

Aesthetically, the b.k.t. does not wish to commit itself to one way of approaching its material, but rather to try out the most diverse formal approaches to the crime thriller. Each production is a new experiment in how crime fiction and theater can be brought together in a meaningful way.

Bei den angegebenen Öffnungszeiten handelt sich um die Zeiten unseres "Vorverkaufs-vor-Ort" (Theodorstraße 13a, 28219 Bremen, 4. Etage). Selbstverständlich finden zusätzlich abends und am Wochenende Veranstaltungen/ Vorstellungen statt.
