The BZVahr is diverse and colorful.

The spectrum of its diverse work ranges from art education projects, the organization of cultural and leisure interests and the networking of various institutions in Bremen's Neue Vahr district to the promotion of self-organization and voluntary work. The attractive range of cultural, educational and leisure activities is complemented by regular or one-off events: concerts and theater performances are organized here, sporting events are broadcast, congresses, meetings and specialist conferences are held. Citizens can also find the Bremen Adult Education Center, Caritas and victim-offender mediation on the premises of the Citizens' Center.
