This is us...

We - the Gartelmann family - are the fifth generation to run our

"Gartelmann's Gasthof".
From the very beginning, our focus has been on preparing regional dishes.
It is particularly important to us that we use ingredients from the region and offer seasonal specialties. In the cold season, after the first frost, you can enjoy our hearty green cabbage with "Pinkel". In May, when the asparagus season is in full swing, we tempt you with our delicious asparagus variations.
We prepare all our dishes fresh for you: from the delicate salad dressing to our delicious fried potatoes, which are peeled by hand.
