The Böttchergäßchen building is the center of the Stadtgeschichtliches Museum with its management, administration, collections and central documentation.
Several special exhibitions on culturally and historically significant topics are presented here each year.
The library and photo library are available during service hours. In the mezzanine, children can enjoy the adventure exhibition Kinder machen Messe.
