Horner Eckhaus

In the location's words:

We are a diverse group of people who took over the Horner Eck pub in the Bremen district in 2019, which was threatened with closure.

We have now founded the Horner Eckhaus cooperative. Together, we want to fulfill the dream of future residents and users of the building to have their own, self-managed space.

The building at Friesenstrasse 95 is a classic Bremen house, built around the turn of the century and consisting of two connected sections.

We would like to create living space in the house, preserve the pub and use part of it for art and cultural projects.

In order to secure the Horner Eckhaus in the long term, we need joint financing.

To this end, we are still looking for people to support us with direct loans or cooperative shares. In this way, you too can contribute to the creation of living space, the preservation of Horner Eck and the promotion of local cultural projects.
