On October 15, 2021, our new restaurant opened its doors with a modern interpretation of Italian & Alpine cuisine.

The JUSTUS offers delicious, honest cuisine without a lot of frills. Whether for a meal in a larger group, a lively evening with friends or as the crowning finale after a visit to the Boulevardtheater - everyone is welcome here to satisfy their small or large appetite and quench their thirst.

A harmonious interplay of four culinary pillars forms the basis of our honest, delicious Italian and Alpine cuisine. The JUSTUS is by no means rustic, but urban and modern, with a mix of tradition and innovation - in keeping with the overall "Lebensquartier" concept in Woltmershausen.
