Short and sweet

The Vereinigte Evangelische Gemeinde Bremen Neustadt is a congregation in the heart of the Neustadt district. People of all cultures and ages come together here. In 2009, the three congregations Matthias-Claudius, St. Pauli and Zion merged into one congregation with three community centers.

Fundamental concerns

As different as the three locations may seem, they are similar in their fundamental concerns:
To be part of the district as a Protestant congregation.
To be a place where people can meet as a Protestant community.
To have opened the doors as a Protestant congregation: For people from here and there. People between 0 and 99, people in search of meaning and people looking for a place.
As a Protestant community, to sharpen our Protestant profile by being in contact with people and meeting people.
