The delicatessen in Bergmannstraße is the Celik family's flagship store, which has been run as a family business since 1986. Originally a Turkish grocery store with a butcher's shop, it has developed considerably.

Today, two showcases offer a variety of Mediterranean cuisine. The range includes international wines, high-quality oils, special vinegars, selected pasta, rare spices, salts and chocolates. The catering service "Knofi Party Service" also offers oriental dishes that can be delivered or collected - including vegan, vegetarian and lactose-free options. Meat dishes are carefully prepared and refined with selected ingredients. Drinks, crockery, glasses and service staff are also provided.

Since 2000, a bistro & restaurant opposite the delicatessen has complemented the offer. Fresh bread rolls, organic breads, homemade cookies and hearty Turkish pastries such as poaca and kayik pike are served here.
