The factory building, built in 1875, is located at Stader Landstraße 64.
It still has the charm of a factory from a bygone industrial age.
It has been home to the LICHTHOF KUNSTFABRIK since 2016.
A place for art and culture in the district.

It houses the workshop and gallery of artist Edeltraud Hennemann with her paintings and wooden sculptures, as well as other artists. Edeltraud Hennemann organizes cultural events in these old factory rooms with their special flair, such as: Readings lectures, concerts, exhibitions workshops and courses. There is also the possibility for artists and other interested parties to use these rooms.
