Mannheim's Franklin district, formerly known as "Benjamin Franklin Village" or simply "BFV", is an up-and-coming residential area in the south of the city of Mannheim. Originally used by the US armed forces, the site was handed over to the city of Mannheim in 2012 and has been a place of urban change and transformation ever since.
