This feeling is reflected when you enter the small, individually and lovingly designed studio in Düsseldorf's Zooviertel.

You are very welcome, whether young or old, beginner or expert, passing through or looking for your new yoga home.

We teach in classes of a maximum of 12 students, which creates an intimate and relaxed atmosphere and allows us to respond to YOU and your needs personally. And you can concentrate fully on YOUR yoga.

Your feel-good room is centrally located yet protected in Düsseldorf's beautiful Zooviertel district. We are well connected to the public transport network and easy to reach.

With us you will find a motivated, open and empathetic team of teachers who will offer you a wide range of different yoga styles with a lot of joy, heart and the necessary ease: Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga and various workshops.

We also offer Thai yoga massage, workshops, 1:1 training, yoga trips, corporate yoga and coaching.
