Centrally located in a villa on the banks of the Main in Sachsenhausen, changing special exhibitions are shown that address socially and scientifically relevant topics. Founded in 2000 by the Giersch Foundation, the Museum Giersch of Goethe University has been part of Goethe University since 2015. It is a museum for art that brings the university and the city into contact with each other.
