When modern dessert art meets the highest level of coffee expertise, something extraordinary is created - at Pure Pastry even under one roof and within one family. With the trained coffee sommelier Ursula Wiedenlübbert and the 2015 Pâtissier of the Year Tim Tegtmeier, two generations are working together at Pure Pastry with heart and hand to create something enjoyable.

What began in 2002 with Ursula Wiedenlübbert's coffee roastery and roasting café in Düsseldorf's Rethelstraße and continued through her well-known "Kaffeebüdchen" in the best delicatessen society on Carlsplatz, grew into Pure Pastry when Tim Tegtmeier joined in 2015. Since then, our small, fine family business has opened up the tempting, fascinating and enchanting world of exquisite pastries to a steadily growing number of customers.

We make our creations by hand in our own Pure Pastry bakery and roastery in Düsseldorf-Heerdt. Every morning, they are delivered fresh from here to the market on Carlsplatz. The expertise, passion and love of quality with which we create special taste experiences has made Pure Pastry a top address for lovers of indulgence.
